Personally, I do not worry about the number of followers I have or the number of times I am retweeted. I retweet that which I find interesting or whorthwhile, I follow those I know or who interest me (content of their tweets, their industry or specific business), and I generally tweet to provide glimpses of what I can do for my clients, to provide specific information related to what I do that others might find worthy or to drive readers to my site. I also tweet to engage in conversations when tweets posted by others lend to that format.

Twitter has provided me with new relationships and does drive business. To that end, what I do is working.
